NFC CHAMPIONSHIP

Incredibly, the excitement from the NFL season has been so invigorating that the post-season arrives in a flash and boom, we're preparing ourselves with Championship weekend and preparation for SUPER BOWL XLIX. In the NFC we have a rematch from week 1 as the Green Bay Packers head to Century Link Field to take on the Seattle Seahawks and the 12th man. I'm predicting a Seattle Seahawks win in this one. A pestering calf injury has kept Aaron Rodgers' mobility at a minimum and though the cheese heads were able to sneak pass the Dallas Cowboys on a controversial Dez Bryant incomplete catch this past Sunday they will be dealing with an entirely different monster when they head out west. Marshawn Lynch AKA "Beast Mode" was contained by a stingy Carolina Panthers defense last weekend during the divisional round but in the Championship round be looking for him to run over the 23th ranked Packers rush defense. Unless Aaron Rodgers can show himself spotless this Sunday afternoon this one could get quite ugly. Let's not get to ahead of ourselves though if Eddie Lacy happens to truck himself a few second half first downs and control the time of possession the way the Cowboys did in Week 6 the Packers might be able to pull this one out. Rodgers has been here before, unmentioned though is high regards for the stellar defense the 2010-2011 Packers had who rendered a turnover in every single post-season game that year during their SUPER BOWL XLV run. Should be an enjoyable experience. THE BIRTH LLC is looking quite forward to SUPER BOWL SUNDAY.
