RELENTLESS OBJECTIVE - NBA PLAYOFFS [2015]

It's Saturday and the 2015 NBA Playoffs continue with a showcase of four contest, two of which can be close out games that prepare us for the next round. This afternoon, the #1 Atlanta Hawks travel to Brooklyn to take on the #8 Nets at the Barclays Center. The match-up will show at  3:00 p.m. E.T on TNT. Then, at 5:30 p.m. E.T  on TNT The #3 Chicago Bulls will look to close out the  #6 Milwaukee Bucks in Game 4 at the Bradley Center. #1 Golden State will look to close out Anthony Davis and the #8 New Orleans Pelicans at 8:00 p.m. E.T on ESPN and lastly the Moda Center will host Game 3 of the #5 Memphis Grizzlies and  #4 Portland Trail Blazers series.

Brooklyn suffered a 91-96 loss in Game 2 after PG Derron Williams botched a wide-open mid-range jumper with under 30 seconds to go. Being down two games to the Atlanta Hawks, the Nets will need to put their foot down tonight and make a statement by defending home court. The Hawks understand that with all Eastern Conference series sitting a 3-0, their need to advance as quickly as possible cannot be overly stressed. They haven't looked too impressive in these first two games of the series and I'm sure head coach Mike Budenholzer has stressed the need to increase the intensity levels in regards to effort. It's though hard to be displeased when your all-star shooting guard Kyle Korver continues to reign in pivotal three-point field goals. Korver's 17 point outing in Game 2 helped the Hawks retain home court advantage in the series. Tune in at 3:00 p.m. E.T to see if the Nets can redeem themselves.

Stephen Curry is simply the most impressive of up and coming players in the NBA. After the Warriors trailed by 20 points in the 4th quarter of Game 3, Stephen Curry topped off a 39-19 Warriors run with a three-point bomb, tying the game at 108 with 2.8 seconds to go in regulation. They then after outscored the Pelicans 15-11 in overtime to get the Game 3 victory. Anthony Davis again gave the sufficient effort scoring 29 points on 11-22 shooting from the field. Head coach Monty Williams said in quote "we all feel like dirt after this one." Well dirt usual gets swept when it lingers on the hardwood floor too long. The Warriors will look to close the series out tonight. Tune in at 8:00 p.m. E.T on ESPN to see what happens in Game 4.
