THE SAME CREW FOR GAME 2 - NBA PLAYOFFS [2015]

The 2015 NBA Playoffs continue tonight on NBATV and TNT. At 7:00 p.m. Kyrie Irving and the #2 Cleveland Cavaliers showdown against the  #7 Boston Celtics live from the Quicken Loans Arena. At 8:00 p.m. E.T the #4 Toronto Raptors play the  #5 Washington Wizards live from Canada and at 9:30 p.m. E.T the #2 Houston Rockets will match-up with the #7 Dallas Mavericks.in a Texas showdown. There was not an single upset this weekend but Game 2 is where the going gets going. Tune in tonight to see how things turn out for these NBA Playoff contenders as they seek to bring home the NBA Finals trophy this spring.

Paul Pierce is known by alias "the Truth" and truthfully the #4 Toronto Raptors had a tough time stopping the veteran forward Saturday at the Air Canada Centre. Pierce dropped 20 points in the #5 Wizards overtime win and will be looking to gain home-court advantage by repeating the same tonight. The Raptors have continuously struggled at the offensive end and though they looked like a true playoff contender at the beginning of the season, the truth shall come to the light. Well, Saturday he definitely did. Somehow, someway Raptors guard Kyle Lowry has to shoot better than 2-10 from the field if they are to even stand a chance of redemption in Game 2. They cannot count on hail-mary three-pointers from Greivis Vasquez to bail them out every time. Though they've been granted international access to the NBA 82 game season, the Raptors will need to polish their playoff passports if their looking to make it to the Semi-finals round this spring.

Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving made his Playoff debut Sunday afternoon and I'm sure he made momma' proud. Irving led the Cavaliers to a 100 -113 victory with 30 points on 50 percent shooting from the field. With LeBron James yet to kick into gear, the Celtics might as well throw a tea party in Foxboro or acquire insight from Belichick on how to build a New England Dynasty because it's hard to see Cleveland losing this series. Let's just pray they don't become too much of a highlight reel extra before this first round expires. The Celtics were out rebounded 34-46 in the Game 1 contest and will need to collaborate and produce more points going forward if they are to win a game this series. They'll get another chance tonight at the Q.

The Rockets came out shooting to kill Saturday night at the Toyota Center. After outscoring the Mavericks 32 - 19 in the 1st quarter, the Carlise coached Mavs eased their way back into the game but came up short 10 points at the conclusion. Let's conclude also that Dallas is going to have a hard time stopping the beard. James Harden handled his business as usual with a 24 point output but the story of the game was Cory Brewer who hit a couple of 4th quarter three-pointers to put the game out of reach. The reach of playoff veteran guard Rajon Rondo will be looking to rebound the 1-0 series deficit the Mavs have created for themselves. Tonight will tell the tale.
