THE WHOLE TEAM SKATING - NHL PLAYOFFS [2015]

The Stanley Cup Playoffs continue tonight with four hockey Game showdowns. The Vancouver Canucks and the Calgary Flames are scheduled to air at their 4th first round match-up at 10:00 p.m. E.T. Tampa Bay heads to Joe Louis Arena to take on the Detroit red Wings at 7:00 p.m. E.T. Washington will face-off against the New York Islanders at 7:30 p.m. E.T and the Nashville Predators will  head into Chicago to match up against the Blackhawks at 9:30 p.m. E.T. Tonight's games will be showcased on local NBCSN, CBC, USA, TVA, FSN networks and more. Be sure to review the Eastern and Western Conference brackets at the official NHL website. Enjoy the games tonight.

The Vancouver Canucks come into Game 4 one game down to the Calgary Flames. Unless they can rendered some power-play opportunities against this stellar Flames defense, they may be headed home soon. Tonight they'll deal with the absence of forward Alexandre Burrows who plays a key role in keeping the opponents defensemen  home at bay. With this hindrance, The Flames #1 ranked blocked shot efficiency might be the deciding factor that puts the Canucks in an insurmountable position. The blocked shots are a clear notable to explain why the Canucks have struggled to consistently render quality looks in the series thus far. Down 2-1 they'll be looking to even things up and re-establish themselves as a potent threat in the Western Conference Stanley Cup Playoffs race.

The Detroit Red Wings will host the Tampa Bay Lighting tonight at Hockeytown. They were scorched for five goals in Game 2, a complete embarrassment for goalie Petr Mrazek who allowed four goals in the 5-1 Red Wing defeat Saturday night. Surely, it'd help if the Red Wings defense could keep the puck from meddling too long in Zone. Keeping the Lighting front-man out of the slot  would increase their chances to win substantially. Without a doubt center Tyler Johnson would like to expand his two goal outing into an official hat trick this evening. Hopefully the Red Wings won't be the selected victims.
