NO MORE COLLEGE PAPERS - NFL DRAFT [2015]

Yesterday, April 30th, the 2015 NFL Draft will began its three day outstretch and end on Saturday, May 2nd. Potential prospects have worked diligently through intense training to condition themselves for the upcoming NFL training camp and season. In February, The NFL Scouting Combine played intermediary, giving prospect players an opportunity to showcase their skill sets to NFL scouts and coaches. While hundreds of players were invited and showed up, eyes were and had been set on a few prime prospect players likely to be drafted out of the pool within the 1st round. With the intent to appeal for an ideal signing, prospects attended seminars, workouts and physical camps to prepare for this big day. NFL fans and those interested can watch showcase of the 2015 NFL Draft on ESPN throughout this weekend. The Draft will take place live from the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago, IL. NFL fans tune in to see which teams select who as we prepare for an exciting 2015 NFL season.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have the 1st overall pick in this years draft. After finishing last in the NFC South division, which included a embarrassing 56-14 week 3 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday Night Football, the Bucs will utilize their 1st overall pick to acquire a franchise player to get things turned around. They will put their hopes on Florida State Seminole QB Jameis Winston. Winston can redeem a under achieving Bucs offense that ranked 30th  in total offense during the 2014 season. Bringing in Winston could revitalize their offensive fire power and give rest to the defense down the stretch of the long NFL season. Surely, head coach Lovie Smith will welcome Jameis to the franchise where he'll step into a system that allows him to use his mobility on roll-out passes and stretch the field with Tampa Bay wide-out threat Mike Evans. Oh the possibilities of his NFL career placement.

The Tennessee  Titans will select second overall in the 2015 NFL draft and are expected to pick up QB Marcus Mariotta from Oregon. Mariotta has drawn much attention this off-season because of his over involvement with Philadelphia Eagles head coach Jim Kelly. Mariotta led the Oregon Ducks to the National Championship game last season where his team came up short to the Ohio State Buckeyes. In February, Mariotta receieved a lot of camera time during the NFL scouting combine. He was seen wearing a mischievous grin, one that said he was fully convinced he was destined to be awarded a lucrative contract after the draft. Nevertheless, the Titans have multiple problems on the offensive side of the ball. Hopefully Mariotta or whomever they select can reconcile them back to their Eddie George Steve McNair days. With that said we'll be one step closer to the season after tonight.
