THE ROSE THAT WITHERED - BULLS ELIMINATED FROM NBA PLAYOFFS

After a dynamic Derrick Rose three-point prayer gave the Chicago Bulls a Game 3 victory last Friday, LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers decided that enough was enough. They finished off the Bulls 94-73 in Game 6 last night at the United Center to cap off three straight series game wins. Surprisingly, The Cavaliers were led by guard Matthew Dellavedova who scored 19 points off the Cleveland bench. The Cavs shot 40% from the field against the amazing Bulls defense and also held Chicago to 20% shooting to get the win. Derrick Rose scored 14 points on 7-16 shooting and let his beloved Chicago Bulls fans down yet again. Luckily, Rose's promising young career was nurtured with more Playoffs experience this year. The Bulls also are likely to be even more improved next season as they are staffed with a brilliant roster that was inhibit from getting great continuity together because of injuries. In other more important news, the Cavs will advance to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since 2009. Cleveland Head coach David Blatt becomes the first rookie head coach to make it to the NBA eastern conference finals round since Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau. The Cavaliers will face either the Atlanta Hawks or Washington Wizards in the next round to see who can make it to the NBA Finals in June. The return of LeBron to the Cleveland Cavs has manifested itself into greatness and we are all witnesses.
